Empowered, Connected Parenting - that works for you & your family

Together we shine light on the in-between spaces.
Where motherhood meets biology.

Small shifts
Big change

“Shani has been supportive, gentle, open and non judgmental in facilitating my exploration and championing me during this period of discovery and change”

- Professional Mother of Two

Welcome I’m so glad you’re here

I’m Dr Shani, a qualified GP, Certified Parent Coach, and Circle of Security Facilitator offering evidence-based parent coaching that holds the connection between you and your child at its center.

I specialise in helping thoughtful adults and parents feel calmer, more confident, and more connected, within themselves and in their relationships with their children.

If you’ve found your way here, you may be longing for things to feel different. Softer. More grounded. More aligned with the kind of person or parent you want to be.

You are in the right place.

A Unique Blend of Medicine, Neuroscience & Attachment Coaching

My work integrates:

  • Clinical experience in general practice and family medicine

  • Specialist experience in pregnancy, birth, and postpartum care

  • Current neuroscience and attachment research

  • Certification as a Parent Coach

  • Circle of Security facilitation

  • My lived experience as a mother of three

This is not generic parenting advice. It is medically informed and relationally grounded to suit you and your child.

Based in Albany, Western Australia

I offer online parent coaching sessions via Zoom to clients across Australia.

This allows you to access evidence-based, attachment-focused support wherever you are — from Perth to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and beyond.

A Limited Opportunity to Work Together

Private coaching with a medically qualified GP and attachment specialist is typically offered at a premium level.

I am currently offering my re-parenting and parent coaching programmes at an accessible introductory rate as I expand this part of my practice.

Spaces are limited to ensure personalised, high-quality support.

Either we spend time meeting our children’s emotional needs by filling their cup with love, or we spend time dealing with the behaviours caused from their unmet needs. Either way we spend time.
